Return & Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their order before it is printed or dispatched, typically within 5-6 hours from the time the order is placed.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email at myposterspace.com@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 9382070726 with your Order ID to request cancellation.
Please note, we do accept returns / Exchange of Products within 30 Days rom the date they receive their order .

Return / Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time free exchange / return to all customers, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Return / Exchange Window: Customers have a 30-day window to request an exchange /return, starting from the date they receive their order. Exchanges/ Return requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  2. Eligible Conditions: Exchanges / Return are only permitted if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged. Proof via video or photos is required.

  3. Unused Condition: The exchange will not be accepted if any products or accessories appear to be used or tampered with.

Once we receive the returned package, it will be carefully inspected. After approval, your replacement will be shipped promptly, and you will be notified.
The exchanged product will be the same item originally ordered.

Return / Exchange Parcel Shipping
To return your product, you should send an email to myposterspace.com@gmail.com and we will send you the details of the shipping address.
To initiate a return or refund, please provide clear photos of the following:
  1. Front of the Package
  2. Back of the Package
  3. Inner protection of the package
  4. Inner package overview
  5. Package label (showing shipping details)
Once we receive these images and review your claim, we will contact you within 3 business days with the next steps. Please ensure all photos are clear and capture the condition of both the product and packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
